In July we launched our API and MCP support. Both are free to use, including for developers building AI assistants, so that anyone could build on top of Balsio without breaking their bank.
Today, two AI assistants have integrated with the platform and are available to chat with in Balsio: Asmi and Arlo.
Asmi: handles the annoying real-world tasks
Asmi takes care of the tasks that eat your day — booking appointments, negotiating bills, chasing customer support. It makes the phone calls, sends the texts, and writes the emails on your behalf, and keeps at it until the job is done. You can read Asmi's privacy policy here.
Arlo: an AI teammate for your workflows
Arlo works in Balsio to help individuals and teams automate tasks, retain shared context, and run workflows across thousands of apps. You describe what needs doing, and Arlo turns the request into finished work across your connected tools, websites, files, calendars, and team workflows. You can read Arlo's privacy policy here.
How to chat with them
Both assistants work the way any other contact in Balsio does. In the app, tap 'New Chat' and type in the AI assistant's email address:
